Parineeti Chopra- Beauty tips

Secret behind her glowing and healthy skin
Her secret for a vibrant skin lies in a good 7-8 hours of sleep daily without disturbance, drinking 8-10 glasses of water in a day, Eating good food, moisturizing  skin and the beauty secret passed on to her by her mother i.e. to apply natural fresh Aloe vera juice on face.

What she does to maintain her skin?
The actress had never done anything for her skin. Also she is not too picky about her skin care regime but being in this profession, the actress has now started to follow a simple routine of cleansing with a face wash followed by moisturizer. To de-stress herself the actress takes a hot shower as she is not very much fond of Spa.
Her Exercise Plan 
Parineeti starts her day with jogging followed by meditation and yoga for about an hour.  She also includes activities like swimming, trademill for cardio, dance classes and exercising her routine to remain fit.
Parineeti Chopra’s Diet Regime
Parineeti eats what she wants and when she wants. The actress cannot follow any rigorous diet to get those sexy curves that can make people starve; she only cut down some food portions if the look in movie demands to lose some weight.
  • Breakfast: One glass of milk, brown bread with butter, two egg whites and sometimes she includes juice as well in her breakfast.
  • Lunch: For lunch, She prefers Dal, Roti, Brown rice, salad and green leafy vegetable.
  • Dinner: Her Dinner includes simple food cooked in less oil, 1 glass milk and chocolate shake sometime.
